The concept of
use of information technologies in activity of federal bodies of
the government till 2010.
The present project of the Concept is developed by Ministry of Communications of Russia together with Минэкономразвития
Russia, Минпромнауки Russia, FSB of Russia, ФСО Russia, Росархивом, Гостехкомиссией
Russia and Gosstandart of Russia and RACE with participation of the Russian academy of sciences in
the performance of the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation (the report of
session of the Government from September, 11, 2003 № 33, section II, item(point) 2).
The concept is based on results of the analysis of functional needs(requirements) of
federal authorities in modern information technologies, takes into account world(global)
experience and the usual practice of their application in activity of
machinery of state, and also the current level of development of a информационно-technical infrastructure
of federal authorities.
